摘要:目的:探讨金匮肾气丸治疗创伤后应激障碍(post-traumatic stress disorder,PTSD)的临床疗效。方法:将100例创伤后应激障碍患者应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,观察组给予盐酸帕罗西汀联合金匮肾气丸治疗。观察两组创伤后应激障碍检查表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分,检测两组血浆皮质醇、脑源性神经营养因子水平,并记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗4、8周,汉密尔顿抑郁量表中焦虑/躯体化、认知障碍、睡眠障碍、绝望感评分低于对照组(P<0.05);汉密尔顿焦虑量表各因子评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);血浆皮质醇、脑源性神经营养因子水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸可能通过调节皮质醇、脑源性神经营养因子水平改善创伤后应激障碍患者的临床症状。
Objective:To explore clinical effects of Jingui Shenqi pills in treating post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).Methods:One hundred patients were separated in to the observation group and the control group using random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,and the observation group were given paroxetine hydrochloride and Jingui Shenqi pills.To observe PTSD inventory,HAMD and HAMA between both groups,to detect the levels of plasma cortisol and brain derived neurotrophic factor,and to record the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups.Results:After treated for four and eight weeks,the observation group was lower than the control group in anxiety/somatization,cognitive impairment,sleep disorder,despair of HAMD(P<0.05);lower than the control group in the scores of each factor of HAMA(P<0.05);higher than the control group in the levels of plasma cortisol and brain derived neurotrophic factor(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jingui Shenqi pills could improve clinical symptoms of PTSD patients through regulating plasma cortisol and brain derived neurotrophic factor.
