摘要：为观察参柏洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效,将180例混合痔患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各90例。两组均采用混合痔外剥内扎术治疗,术后在常规治疗基础上,治疗组选用院内制剂参柏洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗,对照组选用高锰酸钾溶液(1∶5000)熏洗坐浴治疗。观察两组治疗后创面水肿、疼痛、出血、住院时间、创面愈合时间及临床疗效。结果显示,与对照组相比较,治疗组术后创面水肿、疼痛、出血、创面愈合时间及总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,参柏洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗痔术后并发症,可明显改善患者临床症状,疗效确切。
This study was to observe the clinical effect of fuming-wash sitz bath with Shenbai lotion(a TCM formula,externally using it)in the treatment of the postoperative complication of mixed hemorrhoids(MH)patients,randomly divided 180 MH patients underwent surgery of external dissection&internal ligation into treatment group(90 cases,after surgery adopted routine treatment plus above lotion for sitz bath fuming-wash)and control group(90 cases,routine treatment plus 1∶5000 PP solution,did so);then observed both groups’effect(i.e total effective rate),the time for hospitalization,and for wound-surface healing;As well wound-surface’s pain,edema and bleeding,etc status.As results,except for hospitalization time having no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),above-mentioned rest items of treatment group were significantly superior to that of control group(P<0.05).Results show that the Shenbai lotion for fuming-wash sitz bath in the treatment of postoperative complication can significantly improve mixed hemorrhoids patients’clinical symptoms,and this effect is certain.
