摘要:目的:研究四倍体黄芩新品系与甘肃产二倍体黄芩提取物的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:(1)采用角叉菜胶建立大鼠足肿胀模型、大鼠胸膜炎模型,检测模型大鼠的足肿胀度及肿胀足中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量,检测胸膜炎大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量,观察四倍体黄芩新品系与甘肃产二倍体黄芩提取物的抗炎作用。(2)应用热板刺激法和化学刺激(扭体)法,观察四倍体黄芩新品系与甘肃产二倍体黄芩提取物的镇痛作用。结果:致炎3、4 h时,各黄芩给药组大鼠足跖肿胀度均显著低于模型组(P<0.05);与模型组相比,各黄芩组角叉菜致炎大鼠足跖炎症组织中PGE2含量、胸膜炎大鼠血清NO、TNF-α含量均显著降低(P<0.05);与空白组比较,各黄芩给药组热板痛阈值均明显提高,醋酸致小鼠扭体次数均明显减少。结论:四倍体黄芩、甘肃产二倍体黄芩水提物均具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用,四倍体黄芩新品系-D20抗炎镇痛作用较优。
Objective: To study the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects of tetraploid and diploid Scutel- laria baicalensis Georgi extracts cultivated in Gansu province. Methods: (1)Using the paw edema model and pleurisy model induced by carrageenan in rats to determine the paw swelling degrees and prostagland in E2 (PGE2 ) content in foot pad , and the content of nitric oxide (NO) and tumor necrosis factor alpha( TNF-α) in serum of pleurisy rats, then observe the anti - inflammatory effect of tetraploid and diploid Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extracts cultivated in Gansu province. (2) To observe the analgesic effect of tetraploid and diploid Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extracts cultivated in Gansu province were studied in hot plate test and chemical stimulation method. Results: When the rats invaded by inflammation for 3,4 hours, the paw swelling degree of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi dosage groups each was significantly lower than that of model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; compared with the model group, the content of PGE2in rats foot plantar inflammation tissue, the NO and TNF -α content in serum were significantly reduced in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; compared with the blank group, the threshold of pain by hot plate was remarkably enhanced and the mice body torsion times was reduced in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi groups. Conclusion: Tetraploid and diploid ScuteUaria ba- icalensis C, eorgi extracts cultivated in Gansu province are both have significant anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects, the effects of tetraploid Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi of D20 were better.
