摘要:文章以马克斯·韦伯的社会行动理论为基础,并参照赫希曼关于消费者或成员对组织绩效减退回应的分析结果,把社会转型期代课教师在没有正式教师身份、低工资且转正无望的情况下的社会行动策略分为四种类型,即上升型、退出型、呼吁型和观望型。上升是兼具目的理性和价值理性的行动;退出包括主动和被动退出,主动退出属于目的理性行动;呼吁既是实现上升行动目标的手段,也是一种情感行动;观望则具有传统行动的特征。
With the analysis results on the diminished response to the organizational effectiveness of Hirschman as a reference this article is based on social activity theory of Max. weber.Without formal teacher identity, only earning low salary and without the hope to get the formal identity, the teachers in western rural areas in the period of social transition hold the social activity strategy which can be classified into four types: the ascending type, the withdrawing type, the appealing type and the looking on type. Ascending is an activity of purposive rationality and value rationality; withdrawing includes voluntary withdrawal and passive voluntary withdrawal of which the voluntary withdrawal is the activity of purposive rationality; appealing is both a way of realizing the ascending activity and an emotion activity; looking on has the characteristics of traditional activity.
