摘要：花椒具有较大的药用与食用价值。目前关于花椒化学成分的研究主要以挥发油类、生物碱类、黄酮类以及苯丙素类成分为主,相关药效研究也较广泛。现查阅国内外文献,对花椒的化学成分及药理作用进行综述,为花椒的研究与利用提供参考。
Zanthoxylum bungeanum has great medicinal and edible value.At present, the chemical constituents of Z. bungeanum are mainly volatile oils, alkaloids, flavonoids and phenylpropanoids, and the related pharmacodynamics research is also more extensive.This paper reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Z. bungeanum by consulting the literature domestically and abroad, which provides a reference for the research and utilization of Z. bungeanum.
