摘要：目的探讨胆红素(Bil)和血红蛋白(Hb)对血清中肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)检测结果的影响。方法分别以胆红素和血红蛋白作为干扰物,进行TSGF检测的干扰试验。结果不同浓度的胆红素和血红蛋白对TSGF检测结果均会产生干扰。且干扰率会随干扰物浓度的增高而增加。对检测结果呈正干扰。结论在检测血清中TSGF结果时应考虑黄疸和溶血因素对结果的影响。
Objective To study the influence of bilirubin （Bil） and hemoglobin （Hb） in the detection of serum tumor specific growth factor （TSGF）. Methods Bil and Hb acting as the chaff, the interference test was conducted during TSGF detection. Results Different concentrations of Bil and Hb interfered with the resuhs of TSGF detection. The interference increased with the increase in interferent concentration. Conclusion It is suggested that the influence of jaundice and hemolytic factors on the detec- tion of serum TSGF should be considered.
