摘要:银屑病作为慢性炎症性皮肤病,其病因病机复杂,难以根治。银屑病发病过程是受多条信号转导通路调控的复杂进程,而中药具有多生物活性成分、多靶点、多通路协同的作用优势,能够通过多途径影响银屑病人类永生化角质形成细胞(HaCaT)的增殖,细胞凋亡及分化过程,发挥抗炎、抗氧化作用,达到防治银屑病的目的。文章通过对中药单体和复方干预银屑病相关国内外文献进行查阅,重点整理中药单体及复方调控有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)、核因子kappa B(nuclear factor kappa B,NF-κB)、Janus激酶/信号转导和转录激活因子(janus kinase/signal transduction and transcriptional activator protein,JAK-STAT)、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(protein kinase B,Akt)和哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶标(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)、Wnt/β连环蛋白(β-catenin)、Notch等信号通路防治银屑病的相关研究进行综述,以期为进一步深入研究和临床应用中药防治银屑病提供新的思路。
As a chronic inflammatory skin disease,psoriasis has complicated etiology and pathogenesis and is difficult to cure.The pathogenesis of psoriasis is a complex process regulated by multiple signal transduction pathways,and traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of multi-biological active ingredients,multi-target and multi-pathway synergism,which can affect the proliferation,apoptosis and differentiation of human permanent keratinocytes(HaCaT)in psoriasis through multiple channels,play anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects,and achieve the purpose of preventing and treating psoriasis.Through the review of domestic and foreign literatures on the intervention of TCM monomer and compound in psoriasis,focus on Chinese medicine monomer and compound regulation mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK),nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB),Janus kinase/signal transduction and transcriptional activator protein(JAK-STAT),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt)and mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),Wnt/β-catenin,Notch and other signaling pathways in the prevention and treatment of psoriasis were reviewed in order to provide new ideas for further research and clinical application of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of psoriasis.
