摘要：深静脉血栓形成(Deep Venous Thrombosis,DVT)是骨科大手术的常见并发症之一,该并发症可造成多种严重后果甚至威胁患者生命。大量文献研究指出中医在防治血栓方面有较好的效果。本文旨在总结DVT的中、西医发病机制和中医药治疗方法及其作用机制,为中西医结合预防DVT提供新思路、新方法。
Deep venous thrombosis is one of the common complications of major orthopedic surgery,which can cause a variety of serious consequences and even threaten patients’lives.A large number of literature studies have pointed out that TCM has a better effect in the prevention and treatment of thrombosis.This article aims to summarize the pathogenesis of DVT in TCM and Western medicine,the treatment methods of TCM and their mechanisms,and to provide new ideas and new methods for preventing DVT in the integrative medicine.
