摘要:【目的】明确兰州百合化感物质对其幼苗的自毒效应及其作用机制。【方法】分别采用0.02,0.2,2和5 mg/mL的对苯二甲酸二辛酯(D)和抗氧剂2246(A)单施胁迫兰州百合种球,并进一步选择0.2和5 mg/mL对苯二甲酸二辛酯和抗氧剂2246进行交叉试验,探讨2种物质对兰州百合幼苗的自毒互作效应。【结果】单施条件下,对苯二甲酸二辛酯和抗氧剂2246对兰州百合幼苗的生长均具有“低促高抑”现象,其中对苯二甲酸二辛酯在0.02 mg/mL条件下产生促进生长作用,在0.2~5 mg/mL均具有抑制生长效应,而抗氧剂2246在0.02~2 mg/mL对兰州百合幼苗的生长均具有促进作用,在5 mg/mL时才产生抑制效应。设置质量浓度范围内,对苯二甲酸二辛酯对兰州百合幼苗CAT、POD、SOD活性及可溶性蛋白含量的影响均呈先升高后降低的变化,且升高最大值与下降最低值与对照差异均达显著水平(P<0.05);而抗氧剂2246仅在5 mg/mL条件下,对兰州百合幼苗可溶性蛋白含量的影响较大,使之显著下降(P<0.05),对抗氧化酶活性的影响较小;随溶液质量浓度的升高,对苯二甲酸二辛酯处理兰州百合幼苗MDA含量不断增加,而抗氧剂2246处理MDA含量先降低后升高,当质量浓度为5 mg/mL时,两处理兰州百合幼苗MDA含量较对照均显著提高(P<0.05)。交叉试验结果表明,D0.2A0.2、D0.2A5、D5A0.2及D5A5混合液对兰州百合幼苗的生长均未产生显著影响,与单施结果相比较,若二者单施作用方向相同,交叉试验中均未表现出同方向的协同效应,而当二者单施作用方向相反,交叉处理中表现出相反作用的叠加效应;兰州百合幼苗CAT、POD和SOD活性,及MDA和可溶性蛋白含量较对照均未发生显著改变。【结论】对苯二甲酸二辛酯和抗氧剂2246对兰州百合幼苗的化感作用程度和作用方向存在差异,对苯二甲酸二辛酯对兰州百合幼苗生长的影响效应较大,而抗氧剂2246的影响效应较小,且两物质间存在一定的化感互作效应。
【Objective】In this paper,the autotoxic effect and mechanism of allelopathic substances on seedlings of Lilium davidii var.unicolor salisb were studied.【Method】Dioctyl terephthalate(D)and antioxidant 2246(A)at concentrations of 0.02,0.2,2 and 5 mg/mL were applied to stress seeds of L.davidii var.unicolor salisb seedlings.Cross tests with 0.2 and 5 mg/mL dioctyl terephthalate and antioxidant 2246 were also conducted to investigate the interaction effect on L.davidii var.unicolor salisb seedlings.【Result】Under single application conditions,dioctyl terephthalate and antioxidant 2246 promoted growth of L.davidii var.unicolor salisb seedlings at low concentrations and inhibited growth at high concentrations.Specifically,dioctyl terephthalate had promoting effects at 0.02 mg/mL and had inhibiting effects from 0.2 to 5 mg/mL,while antioxidant 2246 had promoting effects from 0.02 to 2 mg/mL and had inhibitory effects at 5 mg/mL.With the increase of concentration,the effects of dioctyl terephthalate on CAT,POD,SOD and soluble protein content of L.davidii var.unicolor salisb seedlings increased first and then decreased,and the maximum increase and decrease were significantly different from the control(P<0.05).Antioxidant 2246 had significant effects on soluble protein content at 5 mg/mL(P<0.05),but had less effect on enzyme activities.With the increase of concentration,MDA content of L.davidii var.unicolor salisb seedlings treated with dioctyl terephthalate increased continuously,while that with antioxidant 2246 first decreased and then increased.When concentration was 5 mg/mL,MDA content of both treatments was significantly increased compared with the control(P<0.05).The cross test results showed that mixed solutions of D0.2A0.2,D0.2A5,D5A0.2 and D5A5 had no significant effect on growth of L.davidii var.unicolor salisb seedlings.Compared with single application,no synergistic effect was observed with same action direction of dioctyl terephthalate and antioxidant 2246,but overlapping effect appeared when they were applied in opposite action directions.Contents of CAT,POD,SOD,MDA and soluble protein in L.davidii var.unicolor salisb seedlings were not significantly changed.【Conclusion】The degree and direction of allelopathic effect of dioctyl terephthalate and antioxidant 2246 on L.davidii var.unicolor salisb seedlings were different.Dioctyl terephthalate had greater effects than antioxidant 2246 on growth of L.davidii var.unicolor salisb seedlings and there was allelopathic interaction between them.
