摘要：随着社会老龄化的进展,脑卒中逐渐成为严重危害人类健康的疾病,卒中患者常出现肢体瘫痪,而下肢的瘫痪主要表现为足下垂,其严重影响患者的步行能力、平衡能力及生活能力,给患者带来沉重的经济和心理负担。因此,促进卒中后足下垂患者的踝关节运动功能恢复、提高患侧步行能力是目前偏瘫患者康复的主要目标。中西医结合康复训练治疗卒中后足下垂取得了较好的疗效,本文主要对卒中后足下垂的发病机制、康复评定及目前临床中常用的中西医及现代康复疗法进行综述,为卒中后足下垂的针刺及康复治疗提供新的理论依据。
With the development of aging society,stroke is gradually becoming a disease that endangers human health.Stroke patients often show paralysis of the limbs,foot drop is the most common symptom of paralysis of the lower limbs.Foot drop seriously affects the patient’s walking ability,balance ability and living ability,and brings a heavily economic and psychological burden to the patient.Therefore,promoting the recovery of ankle joint moter function and improving walking ability are the main goals of rehabilitation of stroke patients.Chinese and western medicine treatment combined with rehabilitation training has made good progress in the treatment of foot drop after stroke,this aritcle mainly reviews the pathogenesis,rehabilitation assessment and popular traditional Chinese and Western medicine and rehabilitation therapy of foot drop.It provides a new theoretical basis for acupuncture and rehabilitation treatment of foot drop.
