摘要：目的观察中西医结合综合疗法治疗外阴白斑的临床疗效。方法将50例外阴白斑患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各25例。对照组给予西药软膏局部涂抹联合波姆光局部照射治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合舒肤洗剂熏洗及中药制剂局部涂抹。2组均以12 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为80.0%(20/25),治疗组为100.0%(25/25),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合综合疗法治疗外阴白斑疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese and Western medicine combining therapy in the treatment of leukoplakia vulvae.Methods Fifty cases of leukoplakia vulvae were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each. The control group was treated with topical application of Western medicine ointment combined with topical irradiation of Pome light,on this basis,the treatment group was treated with Shufu lotion fumigation and topical application of Chinese materia medica preparation. Twelve days constituted 1 course of treatment for both groups,and the clinical efficacy between the 2 groups were compared after 3 courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the control group was80.0%(20/25),that of the treatment group was 100.0%(25/25),and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05). Conclusion It has marked efficacy to use combined Chinese and Western medicine combining therapy in the treatment of leukoplakia vulvae,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
