摘要：大量的动物实验和临床研究证明了中医药具有改善糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(IR)的作用,显示出了中医学在IR防治中的巨大潜力,文中从IR病名、病因病机、治疗进展三个方面进行了综述。
A large number of animal experiments and clinical studies proved that TCM has the function of improving insulin resistance （IR）, showed that the TCM has enormous potential in prevention and treatment of the IR. In the article, the IR nonaggressive, pathogenesis, treatment of three aspects are reviewed.
