摘要:目的:研究敦煌大宝胶囊对衰老模型大鼠脑组织氧自由基域影响的影响。方法:采用D-半乳糖颈后皮下注射的方法,造成亚急性衰老动物模型。将48只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照组、中药大宝(大、中、小)剂量组,分别对各组大鼠脑组织GSH-Px、SOD、CAT活性和MDA、LPF含量进行检测。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠脑组织GSH-Px、SOD、CAT活性显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01),而MDA、LPF含量显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.05),提示造模成功。与模型组比较,敦煌石室大宝胶囊可显著升高SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05),显著降低MDA、LPF含量(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:敦煌石室大宝胶囊具有提高机体抗氧化、清除自由基能力。
Objective: To study effects of DunHuangShiShiDaBaoCapsule(DHDB) on oxygen free radical threshold in brain tissues of senile rats. Methods:An aging rat model was established by adopting the method that rats were injected subcutaneously in nape with D-galactose. 48 rats were divided into 6 groups randomly: normal group, model group, positive control group, high dose of DHDB, middle dose of DHDB and low dose of DHDB. Then observed the effect of DHDB on levels of GSH-Px, SOD, CAT, LPF and MDA in brain tissue. Results:In successful model group, SOD, GSH-Px and CAT were much lower( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01 ), but LPF and MDA was much higher than those of normal group( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.05). Compared with model group, DHDB could not only obviously improve SOD, GSH-Px and CAT ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.05), but also significantly decrease MDA and LPF in brain tissue of aging rats ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: It was suggested that DHDB has functions of improving body's resisting oxidation and eliminating free radicle.
