摘要：目的 深入挖掘影响预约挂号成功率的影响因素,为提高预约挂号成功率提供方法学上的借鉴。方法 收集某三级中医医院2023年8月所有进行了预约挂号操作的患者相关信息,包括基本信息(性别、年龄)、就诊信息(预约途径、提前天数)、门诊信息(周别、班别、科室类别、专家级别),采用单因素和二分类Logistic回归分析方法对预约挂号成功率的影响因素进行分析。结果 2023年8月进行有效预约挂号操作的患者共计27062人次,预约成功率为75.50%;单因素分析显示,患者基本信息、就诊信息、门诊信息对预约挂号成功率均有影响(P<0.05),二分类Logistic回归分析显示,除患者年龄外,其他信息均是预约挂号的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 某三级中医医院预约挂号成功率偏低,建议医院可从提供多途径预约方式,引导患者不盲目追求“名医”,加强预约挂号信息的宣传,完善患者终端服务功能,实施精细化分时段预约挂号,推广诚信就诊等方面加强预约挂号管理,提高预约挂号成功率。
Objective To deeply explore the influencing factors of the success rate of appointment registration,and to provide methodological reference for improving the success rate of appointment registration.Methods The relevant information of all patients who underwent appointment registration in a grade-A tertiary Chinese medicine hospital in August 2023 was collected,including basic information(gender,age),medical information(appointment route,number of days in advance),outpatient information(week,class,department category,expert level).Univariate and binary logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of the success rate of appointment registration.Results In August 2023,a total of 27062 patients underwent effective appointment registration,with an appointment success rate of 75.50%.Univariate analysis showed that patients'basic information,medical information and outpatient information had an impact on the success rate of appointment registration(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that except for the age of patients,other information was the influencing factor of appointment registration(P<0.05).Conclusion The success rate of appointment registration in a grade-A tertiary Chinese medicine hospital is low.It is suggested that the hospital can strengthen the management of appointment registration and improve the success rate of appointment registration by providing multi-channel appointment methods,guiding patients not to blindly pursue“famous doctors”,strengthening the publicity of appointment registration information,improving the terminal service function of patients,implementing refined time-interval appointment registration,and promoting good integrity treatment.
