摘要：通过查阅近十年有关根及根茎类药材干燥方法的文献,对根及根茎类药材的干燥方法进行综述,旨在为根及根茎类药材干燥方法的深入研究及进一步开发利用提供参考。认为目前根及根茎类药材的干燥仍以传统干燥方法为主,微波干燥、红外与远红外干燥等现代干燥方法仍处于实验室探究阶段,现代新型干燥方法是否能用于大规模干燥之中还需深入探究。
In this paper, some methods of drying roots and tubers herbs were reviewed by consulting literature of roots and tu- bers method of drying herbs nearly a decade, it aims to provide a reference for its further exploration and further development utilization. At present, traditional drying methods are still the main drying methods for them. Modern drying methods such as microwave drying, infrared and far - infrared drying are still in the laboratory exploration phase,whether the modern new drying method can be used for large - scale drying needs further investigation.
