摘要：为了进一步挖掘经典著作中治疗痹证的学术思想,指导今日针灸临床,重点对《针灸甲乙经.阴受病发痹》中治疗肢体痹证的选穴原则与具体方法进行了分析探讨。认为《针灸甲乙经》治疗痹证的选穴,内容比较丰富,方法不拘一端,对今天针灸临床治疗痹证仍有很大的指导意义。
To discuss the acadmic thinking of Classics on treating syndrome of limbs arthralgia, and explore the principle and methods of selection of points on treating syndrome of limbs arthralgia in Zhenjiujiayijing：Yinshoubingfabi. The selection of points on treating syndrome of limbs arthralgia in Zhenfiufiayijing is profound and diverse, and have guidance significance on treating syndrome of limbs arthralgia with acupuncture and moxibustion today.
