摘要：卢敬之《脉学指南》引用《黄帝内经》和《难经》中脉诊的相关论述,对脉诊的形成原理做了详细的论述,并在深入阐释五运六气内在机理的同时,强调了人身秉天地之气而生,亦受天地之气变化的影响,临证察脉当天地人同参,才能明晰脉象变化的内在原因。对脉象分类、脉形特点以及各脉象的所主病证,卢敬之则结合陈修园脉诗八首,并进行细致的解释,在此基础上,卢敬之取法仲景,结合自己多年的临床经验对脉诊的临床运用进行分条论述,叙述唯恐不周,临证注重胃气的强弱,辨证讲求方脉相应。纵观全书,《脉学指南》为一部理、法、用一体的脉学专著,书中所阐发的脉学思想对脉诊理论的继承和发扬、临床诊疗的准确性都将提供有益的借鉴。
The Sphygmology Guide cites the related discussion about pulse diagnosis in Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine and Classic of Difficulties to expound the formation principle of pulse-taking in detail. While explaining the internal mechanism of five-elements motions and six climatic changes,it emphasizes that the human body is born in the universe,and is also affected by the change of the atmosphere of the universe,so marking diagnosis should be according to heaven,earth and man,then the internal cause of the change of the pulse condition can be clarified. In terms of pulse condition classification,the characteristics of pulses and the main syndromes of each pulse,LU Jing-zhi connects CHEN Xiu-yuan＇s 8 poems on pulse to give a detailed explanation of them. On this basis,LU Jing-zhi takes the method of ZHANG Zhong-jing,combined with his years of clinical experience to discuss the clinical application of pulse diagnosis. He fears the account is not complete,so he pays attention to strength of stomach qi in clinical practice and syndrome differentiation focus on considering both pulse condition and syndrome manifestation. Generally speaking,this book is a special monograph on sphygmology of theory,method and use. The sphygmology theory of the book will provide useful reference for the inheritance and development of the theory of pulse diagnosis and the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
