摘要:[目的]观察平胃消导胶囊对情志刺激引起的功能性消化不良(FD)模型大鼠胃电活动和胃肠激素水平的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。[方法]将实验大鼠随机分为6组:空白对照组,模型组,多潘立酮药物对照组,平胃消导胶囊大、中、小剂量组。除空白对照组外,其余各组用夹尾激怒法复制FD大鼠模型,观察和对比各组大鼠胃窦消化间期综合肌电(IMC)活动,检测血浆胃动素(MOT)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平,并以此评价药物疗效。[结果]与模型组相比,平胃消导胶囊治疗组IMC周期缩短(P<0.05,<0.01)、Ⅲ相时程延长(P<0.01)、Ⅲ相发生率增高(P<0.05,<0.01),血浆MOT水平升高(P<0.05,<0.01),VIP水平降低(P<0.01)。[结论]平胃消导胶囊可增强FD模型大鼠胃电活动,恢复性调节MOT、VIP水平,表现出良好的整体调节和促进胃排空作用。加大剂量治疗效果更好,是治疗FD疗效确切的中药制剂。
[Objective]To observe the effects of Pingweixiaodao Capsule on myoeletrical activity of the stomach and emptying function in experimental functional dyspepsia and its mechanism.[Methods]The rats were randomly divided into physiological saline group(normal group), model group,domperidone group, pingweixiaodao Capsule (high, middle and low doses) groups. Except normal group,all groups rats were irritated by clamping their tails to observe the gastric interdigestive myoelectric complex (IMC) cycle, time of IMC(phase Ⅲ), IMC(phase Ⅲ)move ratio, slow wave frequency,index of abnormal rhythm and gastric empty rate of all groups. [Results]Compared with the model group, Pingweixiaodao Capsule treated-groups shortened gastric IMC cycle (P〈0. 05 or 0. 01),lasted the time of IMC(phase HI)(P〈0. 01), increased gastric IMC(phase Ⅲ) (P〈0.01)move ratio and gastric empty rate(P〈0.05 or 0.01), improved slow wave frequency and index of abnormal rhythm (P〈0. 05 or 0. 01). [Conclusion]Pingweixiaodao Capsule can increase gastric myoelectric and gastric empty, improve the gastroelectric dysrhythmia of FD rats and has an excellent unity regulation effect.
