摘要:阿霉素( A D R) 并ig 生脉散生药5g/kg 组 大鼠阿 霉素毒 性症状 较之 A D R 组 出现较 晚,发生 充血性心力衰竭例数较少,且心肌病理改变明显较轻。阿霉素对大鼠全血 G S H Px 活性及心肌 S O D 活性有明显抑制作用,并可使心肌组织内 M D A 含量增加。 A D R 并服用 生脉散 组大鼠 全血 G S H Px 、心肌 S O D 活性 较单用 阿霉素组增高,心肌 M D A 含量较单用 A D R 组大鼠减 少,提 示生脉散对阿霉素心肌毒性有对抗作用,其机理可能与其抗自由基反应有关。
The protective effects of Shengmai San against myocardial damage of adriamycin(ADR) in rats were studied.The results showed that the general toxic signs of ADR in Sengmai San group were occurred later than those in ADR group, the cases of congestive heart failure in Shengmai San group were less than that in ADR group, and the cardiac lesions were significantly milder in rats supplemented with Shengmai San than those received ADR only.The GSH Px activities in blood and the SOD activities in heart homogenates in Shengmai San group were significantly higher than that in ADR group (P<0.01).The MDA level in heart homogenates in Shengmai San group was significantly lower than that in ADR group (P<0.01).The results indicated that myocardial damage of ADR might be protected by Shengmai San treatment.These suggested that protective mechanism of Shengmai San to myocardial damage of ADR might be related to its antagonism on free radicals.
