摘要：溃疡性结肠炎病程迁延漫长,反复发作,不易彻底治愈,是现代难治病之一。中医世家第4代传人贾斌教授在溃疡性结肠炎治疗方面积累了丰富的临床经验,有其独到的见解,认为其病位在大肠,与脾、肝、肾、肺相关,尤以脾胃为甚,总病机为本虚标实,应辨病分期审因论治,活动期当祛邪治标,缓解期需扶正固本,首要之务是清热化湿,补益脾气应该贯穿始终,酌情加减化瘀通络之药,全程注重整体调护,临床疗效显著,值得继承发扬,现加以整理总结。
Ulcerative colitis is one of the modern refractory diseases.The course of ulcerative colitis is long and repeated,which is not easy to cure.Professor JIA Bin,the fourth generation of the family of traditional Chinese medicine,has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and has his own unique views.Prof JIA believes that ulcerative colitis is located in the large intestine,which is related to the spleen,liver,kidney and lung,especially the spleen and stomach.The total pathogenesis is based on the deficiency,which should be identified and treated by stages.During the activity period,it is necessary to eliminate pathogenic factors,and during the remission period, it is necessary to strengthen the foundation. The first thing is to clear away heat and damp, and invigorate thespleen and spleen throughout the whole process. Add and reduce the drugs for removing blood stasis and dredging collateralsas appropriate, and pay attention to the overall care throughout the whole process.The clinical effect is significant,which is worthy of inheritance and development.
