摘要:目的统计分析驻西北地区部队2010~2018年呼吸道传染病的发病情况,为制定相关措施提供理论支持。方法从解放军传染病数据库中提取该部相关数据,通过Excel软件对数据进行处理并加以分析。结果驻西北地区部队2010~2018年共报告呼吸道传染病2862例,其中发病数前两位的是水痘和肺结核,约各占总病例数的33.33%。其他病种发病情况如下:流行性感冒(7.79%),流行性腮腺炎(7.76%),结核性胸膜炎(6.78%)。发病季节主要集中在冬春季(66.67%)。男性发病占96.05%。结论驻西北地区部队呼吸道传染病发病例数逐年增加,水痘、肺结核、流行性腮腺炎和流行性感冒为高发病种,应加强预防宣教、疫情监督和疾病控制工作。
Objective To statistically analyze the incidence of respiratory infectious diseases in a troop in Northwest China from 2010 to 2018,in a bid to provide theoretical basis for developing relevant measures.Methods Relevant data of this troop was extracted from the infectious disease database of PLA and was processed with Excel software for analysis.Results From 2010 to2018,a total of 2862 cases of respiratory infectious diseases were reported in a troop in Northwest China,in which,chickenpox and tuberculosis(TB)ranked the first and second place,accounting for about 33.33%of the total cases,respectively.The remaining respiratory infectious diseases reported included influenza(7.79%),mumps(7.76%),and tuberculous pleurisy(6.78%).The peak seasons of the diseases mainly included winter and spring(66.67%).Male patients accounted for 96.05%.Conclusion The incidence of respiratory infectious diseases in the troop in Northwest China keeps increasing year by year,and chickenpox,TB,mumps and influenza constitute the diseases with high incidence.Efforts should be made to enhance publicity and education on disease prevention,epidemic surveillance and disease control.
