摘要:目的:探讨敦煌遗方"神仙粥"的抗衰老作用及其机理。方法:选择48只雌雄各半的SPF级健康SD大鼠,2月龄,平均体质量(150±30)g,从中随机抽取出8只作为空白组,其余大鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖[125mg/(kg·d)]制作衰老模型,空白组注射与之等剂量的0.9%生理盐水。造模成功后,将衰老模型大鼠随机分为模型组、阳性对照组、神仙粥低、中、高剂量组,每组8只,雌雄各半,进行干预实验,同时观察大鼠的基本情况,从器官水平(胸腺指数、脾脏指数)、免疫水平(SOD、MDA)两大方面研究神仙粥的抗衰老作用。结果:胸腺指数、脾脏指数模型组与其余5组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),除模型组以外的其余各组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SOD活性及MDA含量模型组与空白组、阳性对照组、神仙粥高剂量组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),除模型组以外的其余各组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:敦煌遗方"神仙粥"具有抗衰老作用。
Objective: To discuss the anti-aging effects and the mechanism of "Shen Xian Zhou"in Dun Huang Yi Fang. Methods: All 48 SPF healthy SD rats, aging two months and body weight(150±30)g,were selected, eight rats were randomly chosen and taken as the blank group, the other rats were prepared to the aging models through hypodermic injection of D-galactose(125 mg/(kg·d), the blank group were injected with equivalent dose of 0.9%physiological saline. After successfully preparing the models, the aging rat models were randomized into the model group, positive control group, low, moderate and high dose groups of Shen Xian Zhou, eight rats each group, half male and half female, to perform the intervention experiment, basic conditions of the rats were observed simultaneously, organic level(thymus index, spleen index) and immunity levels(SOD and MDA) were observed to study anti-aging effects of Shen Xian Zhou. Results: The difference had statistical meaning when organic levels and immunity levels of the model group were compared with the levels of the other five groups(P<0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons among the other groups except the model group(P >0.05), the difference was statistically significant when SOD activity and MDA contents of the model group were compared with these of the blank group, positive control group, high dose group of Shen Xian Zhou(P<0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of the other groups except the model group(P>0.05). Conclusion:"Shen Xian Zhou"in Dun Huang Yi Fang shows anti-aging effects.
