摘要：肉苁蓉为药食同源的补益类中药材,多糖是其主要活性成分之一。肉苁蓉多糖具有神经保护、调节免疫活性、抗衰老、保肝、调节肠道菌群等多种药理活性。现系统综述近年来肉苁蓉多糖的提取、分离纯化、结构特征和药理作用研究进展,以期为肉苁蓉多糖的深入研究和相关产品开发提供理论依据。
Cistanche deserticola,a medicinal and edible plant,is valued as a tonic herbal medicine.Polysaccharides are one groups of its main active ingredients,with studies demonstrating diverse pharmacological activities such as neuroprotection,immunomodulation,anti-aging,hepatoprotection,and gut microbiota regulation.This comprehensive review systematically examines the extraction,separation,purification,structural characterization,and pharmacological effects of C.deserticola polysaccharides.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the in-depth study of C.deserticola polysaccharides and the development of related products.
