摘要：目的:研究驻训高原1年以上武警官兵的中医体质现状及兼夹体质的相关性。方法:对89名武警官兵进行中医体质量表问卷采集,对体质现状进行分类统计,应用Pearson相关分析及因子分析,得出各偏颇体质之间的关联性。结果:1)可分为平和体质、单纯偏颇体质、混合型体质及其他体质,混合型体质占比最大为55.06%;2)单纯偏颇体质以气虚质为主,混合型体质以阴虚质及气虚质为主,其中以4种及3种偏颇体质兼夹为主;3)在各偏颇兼夹体质中,“痰湿质-湿热质”“血淤质-湿热质”“气虚质-阳虚质”“血瘀质-特禀质”之间的相关性较强。结论:高原官兵中混合型体质偏多,其偏颇体质与高原的生活及环境有一定相关性且复杂多变,因此还需对体质兼夹主次辨别。
Objective:To study the current situation of Chinese Medicine Constitution of armed police officers who have been training in high altitude for more than one year and the correlation between the Constitution and the combined constitution.Methods:A total of 89 armed police officers were collected with TCM body mass scale questionnaire,and the status quo of constitution was classified and statistically analyzed.Pearson correlation analysis and factor analysis were used to get the correlation between biased constitutions.Results:1)It can be divided into normal constitution,simple biased constitution,mixed constitution and other constitutions.Mixed constitution accounted for 55.06%.2)The simple biased constitution is dominated by qi deficiency constitution,while the mixed constitution is dominated by Yin deficiency constitution and Qi deficiency constitution.3)Among the biased constitution,“Phlegm dampness-damp heat”,“Blood stasis-damp heat”,“Qi deficiency-Yang deficiency”and“Blood Stasis-Special Quality”have strong correlation.Conclusion:There are more mixed constitution among officers at high altitude,and the biased constitution is related to the life and environment at high altitude,which is complex and changeable.Therefore,it is necessary to distinguish the primary and secondary constitution.
