摘要：代谢综合征是由先天遗传和后天多种因素引起的以糖代谢受损、血脂异常、腹部肥胖和血压升高为特点的临床证候群,目前市场上尚未有靶向治疗药物。而中医药防治代谢综合征具有多靶点、多通路和增效减毒等特点,有其独特的优势,现如今许多关于代谢综合征的研究都集中在中医药及其药理作用上。山楂作为药食同源的“上品”,在我国具有1700多年的药用历史,且治疗代谢综合征具有显著的疗效。本文从山楂及其有效小分子对治疗代谢综合征的研究进行述评,发现山楂及其有效活性成分(黄酮类、三萜类、有机酸类等)在临床上能有效治疗代谢综合征,主要通过对代谢综合征的不同组分如肥胖症、高脂血症、糖尿病及心血管疾病发挥作用,可通过不同机制对其发挥作用,具有潜在的研究价值,以期为临床治疗提供理论依据。
Metabolic syndrome is a clinical syndrome characterized by impaired glucose metabolism,dyslipidemia,abdominal obesity,and elevated blood pressure caused,which is induced by a variety of congenital and acquired factors.Currently,there are no targeted therapy drugs.The prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages,such as multiple targets,multiple pathways,and increased efficiency and reduced toxicity.Nowadays,many studies on metabolic syndrome focus on traditional Chinese medicine and its pharmacological effects.Hawthorn,as a"superior product"of medicinal and food homology,has a medicinal history of more than 1700 years in China,and has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of metabolic syndrome.This article reviews the researches on the treatment of metabolic syndrome from hawthorn and its effective small molecules.It is found that hawthorn and its effective active ingredients(flavonoids,triterpenoids,organic acids,etc.)can effectively treat metabolic syndrome clinically via different mechanisms,and have potential research value.The drug works primarily through different components of metabolic syndrome such as obesity,hyperlipidemia,diabetes and cardiovascular disease.It will provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
