摘要:目的探究红党参炮制前后成分变化。方法采用HPLC色谱法分别建立党参和红党参的HPLC指纹图谱,对比各特征峰,分析红党参炮制前后成分的变化;对红党参新增成分5-HMP进行方法学考察,并测定其含量;HPLC色谱法测定党参炔苷的含量;用紫外分光光度法测定多糖;对比党参和红党参中党参多糖、党参炔苷含量的变化。结果党参炮制为红党参后新增成分为5-HMP,平均含量为0.14%,党参中多糖含量为2.98%,红党参中多糖含量为6.12%,多糖含量增加105%;党参中党参炔苷含量为0.18%,红党参中党参炔苷含量为0.15%,党参炔苷含量降低16.7%。结论党参炮制为红党参后化学成分发生了变化,红党参新增5-羟甲基糠醛成分;多糖含量增加,党参炔苷含量略有降低。
Objective To explore the ingredient of Red Codonopsis pilosula by processing.Methods HPLC method was employed,to set up an analysis method of chromatographic fingerprint for Codonopsis pilosula and Red Codonopsis pilosula,compare each characteristic peak,Analysis of changes of Red Codonopsis pilosula by processing;Investigating the determination method of 5-HMP,determine its content;To detect the lobetyolin of codonopsis by HPLC method;Measure Polysaccharide content by UV spectrophotometry;Comparison of the changes of polysaccharides and glucosides in Codonopsis pilosula and Red Codonopsis pilosula.Results New ingredients is 5-HMP,the average content is 0.14%.The polysaccharide content of Codonopsis pilosula is 2.98%,the polysaccharide content of Red Codonopsis pilosula is 6.12%,polysaccharide Content increased 105%.the content of lobetyolin in Codonopsis pilosula is 0.18%,in Red Codonopsis pilosula is 0.15%,The content of lobetyolin was reduced 16.7%.Conclusion The chemical composition has changed after processed to Red Codonopsis pilosula;Anding new ingredients is 5-HMP;The polysaccharide content is increasing,the content of lobetyolin was slightly reduced.
