摘要：黄芪是甘肃的道地药材之一,应用十分广泛,为临床常用中药。黄芪甲苷是黄芪的主要活性成分之一,具有保护心脏、抗氧化、抗炎,抗肿瘤、抗细胞凋亡及调节血糖等药理作用。不同的提取、分离、纯化方法会对黄芪甲苷的含量和纯度产生不同程度的影响,进而影响药理作用的发挥。通过查阅和梳理国内外相关文献,对黄芪甲苷的提取、分离、纯化以及药理作用进行了综述,可为黄芪甲苷的研究提供参考。
Astragalus membranaceus is one of the genuine medicinal materials in Gansu province.It is widely used in clinic.Astragaloside IV is one of the main active components of Astragalus membranaceus,which has the pharmacological effects of heart protection,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,anti-apoptosis and blood glucose regulation.Different extraction,separation and purification methods affect the content and purity of astragaloside IV to different degrees,and then affect the efficacy of pharmacological effects.This paper reviews the extraction,purification and pharmacological action of astragaloside IV by referring to and sorting out relevant literatures at home and abroad,so as to provide relevant reference for further study of astragaloside IV in the future.
