摘要：原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)患者大多数在下关穴附近会有明显的压痛点(扳机点),使用灵枢针深刺下关穴对PTN患者的疼痛缓解速效,后期随访中复发率较低,西药的减药程度也非常理想。刺络拔罐疗法临床治疗范围广,在临床操作上刺络与拔罐并非每一次都需要联合使用,而有时候仅用此联合又不够,还需配合刮痧、针灸等其他疗法。在具体操作时必须要明确注意事项,了解其背后的机制,可以帮助临床适时的选择这种疗法。
Most of the patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN) have obvious pressure points(trigger points) near the hypoguan acupuncture point.Deep acupuncture of Xiaguan point with Ling Shu acupuncture is effective in relieving the pain of PTN patients,and the recurrence rate is also low in the later follow-up,and the degree of reduction of western medicine is very satisfactory.The clinical treatment range of acupuncture and cupping therapy is wide,and the combination of acupuncture and cupping is not always necessary in clinical operation,and sometimes the combination alone is not enough,but also with other therapies such as Guasha and acupuncture.It is important to clarify the precautions and understand the mechanism behind the specific operation,which can help to choose this therapy at the right time.
