摘要：近年来研究发现,肠道微生态与糖尿病有紧密的关系。脾为后天之本,从脾虚论治糖尿病已取得良好疗效,而健脾类中药能调节肠道菌群,这为糖尿病从脾虚论治提供了依据。本文就三者之间关系进行探讨,以期为2型糖尿病从脾虚论治提供借鉴。
In recent years,studies have found that intestinal microecology has a close relationship with diabetes.The spleen is the foundation of the acquired one,and treatment of diabetes from spleen deficiency has achieved good efficacy,while tonifying spleen TCM can regulate the intestinal flora,which provides a basis for the treatment of diabetes from spleen deficiency.This article discussed the relationship among the three,in order to provide references for the treatment of type 2 diabetes from spleen deficiency.
