摘要：目的:观察加味百合地黄汤治疗阴虚内热型初发2型糖尿病伴更年期轻度情绪障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例阴虚内热型初发2型糖尿病伴更年期轻度情绪障碍患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。对照组给予二甲双胍缓释片联合黛力新治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予加味百合地黄汤治疗,两组疗程均为60天,疗程结束后观察两组治疗前后血清空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平、胰岛素以及C肽水平,汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分(HAMA)改善情况及不良反应,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为66.66%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗前后FBG、2hPG、Hb A1c、0min和30min的血清胰岛素及C肽水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HAMD评分、HAMA评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后组间FBG、2hPG、双HbA1C、0min和30min血清胰岛素及C肽水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HAMD评分、HAMA评分治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组患者治疗后临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加味百合地黄汤联合二甲胍缓释片配合黛力新治疗阴虚内热型初发2型糖尿病伴更年期轻度情绪障碍能提高临床疗效,可明显改善血糖、胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞功能,减轻抑郁、焦虑程度,且无明显不良反应。
Objective： To observe efficacy of the Baihe Dihuang decoction（ 百合地黄汤） on type 2 diabetes of the Yinxu Neire type（ 阴虚内热型） with mild emotional disturbance during menopause. Methods： 60 cases were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group took Metformin ER plus Deanxit. The treatment group took the Baihe Dihuang decoction more, for 60 days. Results： The total efficiency was 83.33%, better than 66.66% in the control group（P〈0.01）. There were differences in 2 hPG, HbA1c, serum insulin and C-peptide levels in 0 minute, 30 minutes and HAMD, HAMA between before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. There were differences in FBG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, serum insulin and C-peptide levels in 0 minute, 30 minutes and HAMD, HAMA between two groups. Conclusion： The Baihe Dihuang decoction on type 2 diabetes of the Yinxu Neire type with mild emotional disturbance during menopause was effective, can significantly improve blood glucose, insulin resistance, and pancreatic β-cell function, reduce depression and anxiety, without significant adverse reactions.
