摘要：目的:超声评价复发性流产患者服用温肾暖宫方后对子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:选择复发性流产患者30例为治疗组,其中中药治疗组16例,西药治疗组14例,正常15例为对照组。比较治疗前后及与正常组之间子宫内膜下螺旋动脉及卵巢动脉血流阻力指数、子宫内膜厚度的变化。结果:1治疗组患者子宫内膜明显增厚;子宫螺旋动脉、卵巢动脉阻力指数明显下降;与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),且中药治疗组与西药治疗组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);2停药后6个月内,中药治疗组成功妊娠率明显高于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:温肾暖宫方增强子宫内膜及卵巢血供,改善子宫内膜容受性,增加妊娠成功率。
Objective： With transviginal color Doppler flow image, to evaluate the effect on endometrial receptivity in patients with the recurrent miscarriage by Wenshen Nuangong Fang. Methods：30 cases with recurrent miscarriage according to the criteria were randomly divided into a TCM group（ 16 cases） and a western medicine group（ 14 cases）, with 15 healthy women in a control group. Compare the changes of endometrial receptivity dysfunction by resistance index （RI） of uterine and ovarian artery after continuous treatment for three consecutive menstrual cycles. Results： （1）Compared with the endometrial before treatment, it was thickened significantly, and the resistance index （RI） of uterine and ovarian artery decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; （2）After the stop of treatment within six months, the successful pregnancy rate of Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly higher than that of western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Wenshen Nuangong Fang for treating recurrent miscarriage can elevate the blood supply of ovary and endometrial, improve the endometrial receptivity and increase the rate of successful pregnancy.
