摘要:目的建立藏药湿生扁蕾药材反相高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析方法,为有效控制湿生扁蕾药材的质量奠定基础。方法采用反相高效液相层析(RP-HPLC)技术,选用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长为260nm,流速为1.0mL/min,记录时间为60min,分析了10批湿生扁蕾药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结果在选定的色谱条件下通过相似度分析,确定10个色谱峰构成湿生扁蕾药材指纹图谱的特征峰。结论采用RP-HPLC所建立的指纹图谱具有稳定、重复性好的特点,可用于湿生扁蕾药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish the analysis method of RP-HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Tibetan Medicine Gentianopsis paludosa Ma,and lay a foundation for effective control of the quality of Gentianopsis paludosa Ma.Methods Adopted RP-HPLC technology,and selected ZORBAX SB-C18 chromatographic column,methanlo and water including 0.4 % phosphoric acid as mobile phase,detecting wavelength was 260 nm,flowrate was 1.0 mL/min,the recording time was 60 minutes,The HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of 10 batches of Gentianopsis paludosa Ma were analysed.Results Through the analysis of similar degree under the selected chromatographic condition,10 chromatographic peak was defined as the characteristic of forming fingerprint chromatogram of Gentianopsis paludosa Ma.Conlusion The fingerprint chromatogram adopting RP-HPLC to establish has steady and good repetitive characteristic,may be used to the quality control of Gentianopsis paludosa Ma.
