摘要:目的:优选清瘟解毒分散片提取工艺。方法:以挥发油提取量、干浸膏得率和黄芩苷保留率为考察指标,以高效液相色谱法测定,采用正交试验优选最佳工艺条件。结果:羌活、川芎、防风、柴胡最佳工艺条件为:加12倍水,提取5小时;其余药材水煎3次,每次加10倍量水,每次煎煮1小时;水煎浓缩液相对密度1.18~1.22(25℃)乙醇提取浓度70%,静置时间6小时。结论:最佳提取工艺合理,稳定性好,可为工业生产提供参考。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Qingwen Jiedu Dispersible Tablets. Methods:Setting volatile oil extraction volume, dry extract yield and baicalin retention rate as investigation index, test by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method, adopt the orthogonal experiment to optimize the best technological conditions. Resuhs:the best extraction technology are as follows : adding 12 - fold volume of water in notopterygium root, ligustic- um chuanxiong hort, Saposhnikovia divaricata, and radix bupleuri and extracting 5 hours; boiling other materials for lhour, adding 10 - fold volume of water per time and boiling three times;the relative density of boiling concentrate is 1. 18 N 1. 22 ( 25℃) ; consistency of alcohol is 70% ; standing time is 6 hours. Conclusion:The above technology is reasonable and stable, and it can providie reference for the industrialized production.
