摘要：目的:观察决银颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病血热症患者的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字法将符合标准的52例寻常型银屑病血热症患者分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者均外用卡泊三醇软膏,治疗组口服决银颗粒,对照组予以安慰剂口服。治疗8周后,观察中医临床症状改善程度、评估银屑病严重程度指数(Psoriasis Severity Index,PASI)、检测血清中CD4^+、CD8^+、基质金属蛋白酶9(Matrix Metallopeptidase 9,MMP-9)、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)的表达水平。结果:治疗8周后,中医症状、两组患者治疗后PASI评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组患者PASI评分低于对照组患者PASI评分(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组患者治疗后外周血CD4^+、MMP-9、IL-8均较治疗前有所降低,CD8^+水平均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义。结论:决银颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病疗效明确,值得在临床推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Jueyin granule(决银颗粒)on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:53 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into the treatment group and control group by random number method.The two groups were treated by calcipotriol ointment,the treatment group was given the Jueyin granule,and the control group was given placebo.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms of TCM were observed,the PASI was evaluated,and the expression levels of CD4^+,CD8^+,MMP-9,and IL-8 in serum were measured.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of TCM and the PASI scores in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the PASI score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was higher than that in the control group.The CD4^+,MMP-9 and IL-8 in the peripheral blood in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the CD8^+level was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The Jueyin granule has a clear therapeutic effect on psoriasis vulgaris and is worthy of clinical promotion.
