摘要:目的:研究黄芪皂苷-氢氧化铝佐剂复合物对bFGF肿瘤疫苗抗乳腺癌活性的影响.方法:使用黄芪皂苷-氢氧化铝复合佐剂去免疫小鼠,5次免疫后,小鼠右腋皮下接种乳腺癌细胞,最后一次免疫后第7天处死小鼠,测定免疫小鼠血清中bFGF特异性抗体水平、IFN-γ和IL-4的表达量,并进行体外CTL活性检测.结果:此佐剂复合物能有效刺激IFN-γ的释放,产生了强烈的抗原特异性CTL反应,肿瘤的生长明显受到抑制,同时提高了荷瘤小鼠的生存期.结论:黄芪皂苷-氢氧化铝佐剂复合物能明显提高bFGF肿瘤疫苗的抗癌活性,在未来肿瘤免疫治疗中值得重视.
The objectiveis to explore the effects of astragalus saponin-aluminum hydroxide adjuvant com- plex on the anti-breast cancer activity of bFGF tumor vaccine. The method employed is to immunizethe mice with xanthine saponin-aluminum hydroxide complex adjuvant for 5 times, thensubeutaneously inoculate the breast cancer cells under the mice on the right iliac crest of the mice and then kill the miceon the 7th day after the last immunization to test the levels of bFGF-specific antibody, IFN-γ and IL-4 in the serum of the immu- nized mice and detectthe CTL activity. The results show thatthe in adjuvant complex can effectively stimulate the release of IFN-γ, producing a strong antigen-specific CTL response, tumor growth is significantly inhibited, and the survival of tumor-bearing mice is improved. It is concluded thatastragalus saponin-hydrogen peroxide Aluminum adjuvant complex can significantly improve the anti-cancer activity of bFGF tumor vaccine, which is worthy of attention in future tumor immunotherapy.
