摘要：目的:观察银翘消风散加味联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗急性荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将60例急性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例给予银翘消风散加味联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗;对照组30例仅口服枸地氯雷他定片治疗,1Od为一个疗程,2个疗程后判定疗效,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.33%,随访3个月后的复发率为3.33%;对照组总有效率为60.00%,复发率为23.33%。治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组,复发率也明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组服药后的不良反应均较低。结论:银翘消风散加味联合枸地氯雷他定片能有效控制急性荨麻疹的症状,提高治愈率,同时降低复发率,且安全性高。
Objective:To observe the effect and safety of Yinqiao Xiaofeng San with desloratadine citrate disodium tablet on acute urticaria.Methods:60cases were randomly divided into two groups.30cases in the treatment group were treated with Yinqiao Xiaofeng San with desloratadine citrate disodium tablet.30cases in the control group were treated with only desloratadine citrate disodium tablet orally,10days for a course.Results:The efficiency in the treatment group was83.33%;and followed-up recurrence in3months was3.33%.The efficiency in the control group was60.00%;and followed-up recurrence in3months was23.33%.Clinicl efficiency in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group;the recurrence is obviously lower,P<0.05.The adverse reactions in groups were lower.Conclusion:Yinqiao Xiaofeng San with desloratadine citrate disodium tablet can control the symptom of acute urticaria significantly,improve the cured,reduce the recurrence,with high safety.
