摘要:周边绩效是目前绩效管理领域研究的重点和热点。由于医疗工作具有特殊性,加强医务人员周边绩效管理对医院绩效的提升及我国卫生事业的发展具有十分重要意义。文章在分析了医务人员周边绩效内涵和特点的基础上,研究了医务人员周边绩效的构成维度,并提出医务人员实施周边绩效管理的具体措施。
Contextual performance is focused on the field of performanee management. Considering the particularity of medical services,it is very important to strengthen contextual performanee management for improving hospital performance management and health services. Based on analysis of the connotation and characteristics of contextual performance of medical professionals, the constitution dimensions of contextual performance were studied to put forward some measures for implementing contextual performance management on medical professionals.
