摘要：自20世纪40年代起,中药注射剂因其剂量可控、疗效迅速等优点广泛应用于医疗卫生领域,但随着科学技术的进步及中医药改革的深入,与之伴随而来的一系列负面影响出现在公众视野中,并受到社会各界人士的重视与研究。本文基于文献计量学方法,从中药注射剂的起源、研究现状、不良反应分析与思考等方面,深入探索适合中药注射剂发展的现代化之路,以期更好地指导临床安全合理用药。
Since the 1940s,the TCM injections have been widely applied in medical and health field due to their controllable dosage and rapid curative effects.However,with the progress of science and technology and the deepening of the reform of TCM medicine,a series of negative effects have been associated with it.It appears in the public eye,and is valued and studied by social people from all walks of life.Based on the bibliometrics method,the modernization roads suitable for the development of TCM injections were thoroughly explored from the origin,research status,and adverse reactions analysis and thinking of TCM injections in this article,in order to better guide the clinical safety and rational use of medicines.
