摘要:目的:综述国内马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种分布、发展趋势及毒力基因组成的研究进展,为后续研究提供参考.方法:采用文献检索、内容归类分析的方法,对马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种分布、发展趋势及毒力基因组成等问题进行研究.结果表明,马铃薯晚疫病菌在我国马铃薯主产区分布广泛,生理小种类型增加,日趋复杂,Vir1-Vir11等11个毒力基因全部出现.结论马铃薯晚疫病的防治应着力于新抗性品种的发掘和建立科学的种薯繁育体系,实现品种种植专门化,推行品种轮作制度.
Aim-A Summary of physiological races of Phytophthora infestans distribution, research progress and development trend of the composition of virulence genes provide a reference for future study.Method- Literature search, content classification method analysis of physiological races of Phytophthora infestans distribution, research issues and trends composition of virulence genes.The results showed that Phytophthora infestans widely distributed in the main producing areas of potato, physiological types increases, increasingly complex, 11 virulence genes Vir1- Vir11 and all appear.Conclusion-Prevention of potato late blight resistant varieties should focus on new excavations and the establishment of a scientific seed breeding system, to achieve specialized planting varieties, crop rotation system introduced species.
