摘要：便秘是临床最常见、也非常复杂的消化道症状,便秘动物模型是进行便秘机理研究和通便药物研发的工具,本文就便秘动物模型的复制方法和模型特征进行总结,为开展润肠通便药效学实验和相关研究提供参考。
Constipation is the most common clinical,but also very complex gastrointestinal symptoms,constipation animal model is the mechanism of constipation and laxative drug discovery tools,this paper summarizes the methods and models to replicate features constipation animal model for the conduct of intestines laxative pharmacodynamics experiments and related research reference.
