摘要:目的研究平胃分散片的制备工艺。方法通过试验初步确定填充剂、崩解剂,并在多项指标控制下,对平胃分散片的处方进行优化。结果以交联羧甲基纤维素钠-交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-微晶纤维素混合物(1∶1∶5)为崩解剂,在4 kg/cm2压力下制备分散片最佳,平均崩解时限为2.5 min。结论该分散片处方合理、工艺可行、分散均匀、溶出快。
Objective To study the preparation process of Pingwei dispersible tablets. Methods Fillers and disintegrating agents were preliminarily determined by experiment. Under the control of multiple indicators, the preparation process of Pingwei dispersible tablets was optimized. Results With eCMC-Na, PVPP and MCC (1 : 1 : 5) as a disintegrant, the average disintegration lime of the dispersible tablets prepared under the optimized pressure of 4 kg/cm2 was 2.5 rain. Conclusion The process is reasonable and feasible. Pingwei dispersible tablets were stable, dissolved fast and completely.
