摘要：通过2则典型病案,介绍宋贵杰教授治疗湿热型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床经验。其认为膝关节骨性关节炎临床以湿热型最为多见,常以四妙散加味治疗。临证时其辨证准确,用药精准,常取得药到病除之效。
The paper introduced professor SONG Guijie's clinical experience in treating knee osteoarthritis by discussing two typical cases. In SONG's opinion,the main symptom of knee osteoarthritis was featured with dampness-heat. Simiao San was used with additional prescriptions. SONG's exact differentiation and accurate medication has a perfect effect.
