摘要：牛树梅是清代中后期陇右著名理学家和官员,以理学循良闻名于当时,他在教育尤其是蒙学教育上有着深刻见解。他认为蒙学是正人心易风俗之本,蒙学应该以道德培养为最终人格理想,以实用技能为培养目标,教育方法要结合儿童心理特点,因材施教,他还主张采用灵活多样的蒙学办学方式。这些对当今社会的学前教育甚至是中高等教育都有着极大的参考价值和借鉴意义。
Niu Shu-mei was a famous neo-Confucians and official of Qing Dynasty in Longyou area. He had original views in education especially in enlightenment education. He attached great importance to enlightenment education and regarded it as a basis of customs and morality. Enlightenment education is to achieve ideal personality. The aim of cultivation is to grasp practical skills. The way of education should consider children＇s psychological characteristics and teach them in ac- cordance with their aptitude. He also suggested that the way of running schools should be more flexible and various. All of those views have great reference value to preschool education and primary education.
