摘要:医学生的学习自主性可提高空间较大。通过比较分析,发现影响其现状的原因多样,但日常人们比较容易忽视的但又很重要的原因有三个:入学前学生对医学学科性质不了解;高中与大学教育衔接不当;受"潜意识"中的部分想法的影响。针对这些原因作者提出了相应的策略,例如角色扮演、认知引导和实例分析等干预策略,以尝试提高医学生学习的自主性。
There is much space for the improvement of medical students' self-regulated learning. Our comparative study shows that the affecting factors are various, but there are three factors that are im- portant but are easily overlooked as follows: First, students were not clear about the property of med- icine subject before entering the medical college; second, there is inadequate connection between sen- ior high school and college; and third, they are under the influence of their subconsciousness. The pa- per brings forward preventive strategies for improving the self-regulated learning of medical students such as role play, cognition guidance and case analysis.
