摘要:类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)性骨病是类风湿关节炎疾病进程中造成患者关节功能丧失、心理障碍、经济负担过重等诸多临床问题的主要原因,尚无有效的干预手段。临床与实验研究发现,中医药可通过激活Wnt/β-catenin信号通路干预RA性骨病的发生发展,具体机制可能是通过上调或者下调其过程中的蛋白、因子的转录,从而影响OB、OC的发育、分化,促进骨基质的形成和矿化,抑制骨侵蚀,促进骨重塑。因此,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路为中医药干预RA性骨病提供了靶点与思路,但基础研究与分子生物学方面尚有不足,故就中医药基于Wnt/β-catenin信号通路干预RA性骨病的分子机制进行述评,以期为临床防治RA性骨病提供理论依据。
RA bone disease is the main cause of many clinical problems such as loss of joint function,psychological disorder,and economic burden in the process of rheumatoid arthritis.There is no effective intervention.Clinical and experimental studies have found that TCM can interfere with the development of RA bone disease by activating Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.The specific mechanism may be to up-regulate or down-regulate the transcription of proteins and factors in the process,thereby affecting OB and OC,promoting the formation and mineralization of bone matrix,inhibit bone erosion and promote bone remodeling.Therefore,the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway provides a target and idea for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in RA bone disease,but there are still some shortcomings in basic research and molecular biology.The article deals with RA based on Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.The molecular mechanism of osteodystrophy is reviewed in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of RA bone disease.
