摘要：抑郁症作为一种由多种原因导致的精神心理疾病,其发病机制复杂,治疗多样。合欢花作为传统中药材,具有解郁安神、健脾养心之功效,在抗抑郁方面具有潜在的应用价值。其复方制剂,在临床应用和实验研究中也表现出良好的抗抑郁效果,且可通过多种成分的协同作用,增强疗效、降低不良反应。因此,基于当前抑郁症发病机制假说,系统阐述合欢花有效成分及其复方抗抑郁作用机制研究进展,为抑郁症的防治提供更有效的策略和方法。
As a mental illness caused by a variety of reasons,depression possesses a complex pathogenesis and a variety of treatments.As a traditional Chinese medicinal material,Albizia Julibrissin exists the effects of relieving depression and calming the nerves,strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart,and has potential application value in anti-depression.Its compound preparation has also shown good antidepressant effects in clinical applications and experimental research.It can enhance efficacy and reduce adverse reactions through the synergistic effect of a variety of components.Therefore,based on the current hypothesis of the pathogenesis of depression,it systematically expounds the research progress of the active ingredients of Albizia Julibrissin and the antidepressant mechanism of its compound,to provide more effective strategies and methods for the prevention and treatment of depression.
