摘要：目的:探讨敦煌葆元汤治疗肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚型患者,随机分为2组。治疗组30例给予敦煌葆元汤水煎剂口服,对照组30例给予痛泻要方水煎剂口服,观察2组临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗组治愈16例,显效9例,有效3例,愈显率为83.33%,总有效率为93.33%;对照组治愈5例,显效4例,有效12例,愈显率为30%,总有效率为70%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在中医证侯总积分,消除或改善大便泄泻、腹痛、胸胁胀满、脘腹痞满、食欲不振、嗳气、抑郁烦躁方面优于对照组。结论:敦煌葆元汤治疗肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征临床疗效显著。
Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of DunHuang BaoYuanTang in the treatment tbr irritable bowel syndrome of liver Qi stagnation and spleen deficiency pattern. Method： The patients were randomized into two groups equally. Thirty patients of the treatment group took DunHuang BaoYuanTang and the control group TongXie YaoFang, the improvement of clinical symptoms was observed. Result： There were 16 cases cured in the treatment group, nine cases significantly improved, three cases effective, the effectual rate was 83.33% and total effective rate 93.33%; five cases were cured in the control group, four cases remarkably improved, 12 cases effective, the effectual rate was 30% and total effective rate 70%. The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects （P〈0.05）. The treatment group was superior to the control group in total TCM syndrome scales, eliminating or improving the diarrhea, abdominal pain, fullness in chest and hypochondrium, abdominal distention and fullness, loss of appetite, belching, depression and irritation. Conclusion： DunHuang BaoYuanTang is an effective method for irritable bowel syndrome of liver Qi stagnation and spleen deficiency pattern.
