摘要：从慢性萎缩性胃炎的病机枢纽、辨证要点、治法特点、分型论治和护理要务等方面入手分析总结王道坤教授防治慢性萎缩性胃炎的思路与方法,阐释其关于萎缩性胃炎"脾胃失调,气机失常,本虚标实,痰瘀互阻"的病机观点以及运用"虚实必辨、分型明晰、痰瘀细审、病证结合"的辨治理念。
Professor Wang Daokun′s thinking and method of preventing and treating chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） are analyzed and reviewed from its pathogenesis, main points of syndrome differentiation, the features of therapeutic method, pattern classification and treatment, nursing tasks and other aspects, his viewpoint of ＂imbalance of spleen-stomach, Qi movement disorder, deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis＂ and the concept of ＂deficiency and excess differentiation, clear typing, careful examination of phlegm and blood stasis, the combination of disease and syndrome＂ are illustrated.
