摘要：肝纤维化是多种原因引起的肝脏损害后具有可逆性的病理过程,在我国,肝纤维化患者逐渐增多,因此及时诊断与治疗尤为重要。化纤保肝方是在"鳖甲煎丸"的基础上化裁而来,具有软坚消癥、疏肝利胆、活血化瘀的作用,能够有效逆转肝纤维化进程,在临床治疗中,对于提高患者生活质量、缓解病人临床不适症状具有重大意义。本文就从肝纤维化的病因病机、化纤保肝方治疗及配伍特点等方面对化纤保肝方治疗肝纤维化进行理论及临床经验探讨,以期指导临床更加有效准确地治疗疾病。
Liver fibrosis is a reversible pathological process, caused by a variety of causes of liver damage. In our country, the number of patients with liver fibrosis is gradually increased, so timely diagnosis and treatment were particularly important. The Huaxian Baogan prescription came from Biejiajian Wan, plays the roles of Ruanjian Xiaozheng, Shugan Lidan and Huoxue Huayu, can effectively reverse the process of liver fibrosis in clinic, shows significance for improving the life quality and relieving discomfort symptoms. In this paper, the theory and clinical experience of treating liver fibrosis by the Huaxian Baogan decoction were investigated from the perspectives of etiology, treatment and compatibility features of the Huaxian Baogan decoction and so on, in order to guide clinical treatment effectively and accurately.
