摘要:目的通过对全国商陆进行生态适宜性区划研究,为优质商陆药材资源的栽培和选育提供依据。方法通过网络资料查阅和实地采集,收集550个商陆样点信息(其中垂序商陆297个样点,商陆253个样点),综合55个生态因子,应用地理信息系统和最大熵模型分析商陆药材在全国的生态适宜性分布。结果 11月温度、11月降水量、最湿月降水量、年平均降水量、6月温度、最暖季节均温、9月降水量、9月温度、5月温度、8月温度、7月温度、10月降水量、2月降水量、土壤亚类、植被类型为影响垂序商陆生长的主要环境参数;11月温度、5月降水量、9月降水量、海拔、年平均降水量、年均温变化范围、温度季节性变化标准差、土壤亚类、植被类型为影响商陆生长的主要环境参数。全国商陆药材最适宜生境主要集中在重庆、贵州、湖南、浙江、湖北等地。结论本研究结果与商陆药材产区一致,可为优质商陆药材资源的栽培和选育提供依据。
Objective To provide basis for the cultivation and breeding of high-quality Phytolaccae Herbra Radix medicinal resources through study on distribution of ecological suitability of Phytolaccae Herbra Radix in China. Methods Through the network data review and field collection, 550 sample points of Phytolaccae Herbra Radix were collected(including 297 samples of Phytolacca americana L. and 253 samples of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.). Combining 55 ecological factors, GIS and MaxEnt models were used to analyze the distribution of ecological suitability of Phytolaccae Herbra Radix in China. Results November temperature, November precipitation, wettest month precipitation, annual average precipitation, June temperature, warmest season average temperature, September precipitation, September temperature, May temperature, August temperature, July temperature, October precipitation, February precipitation, soil subtypes, and vegetation types were the main environmental parameters for the growth of Phytolacca americana. November temperature, May precipitation, September precipitation, altitude, annual average precipitation, annual average temperature range, standard deviation of temperature seasonal variation, soil subtypes and vegetation types were the main environmental parameters for the growth of Phytolacca acinosa. The most suitable habitats for Phytolaccae Herbra Radix in China are mainly concentrated in Chongqing, Guizhou, Hunan, Zhejiang, Hubei and other places. Conclusion The results are consistent with the producing areas of Phytolaccae Herbra Radix, which can provide a basis for the cultivation and breeding of hhigh-quality PPhytolaccae HHerbra Radix.
